Payment Options
At The Dentist, all payments are due at the time of your appointment. While we generally do not issue accounts, we understand that flexibility can make dental care more accessible. In certain cases, payment plans or deferred arrangements can be organized by prior discussion with our team.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, cheque, and all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and Amex.
We know convenience matters, which is why we also offer a range of financial options to make your treatment as seamless and stress-free as possible.
HICAPS
Our practice provides HICAPS (Health Industry Claims and Payments Service) electronic claiming system. If you are covered by private health insurance, you will be able to claim directly from your health fund benefits at the time of payment at the end of your appointment.
